OBJECTIVE:

Continue working in the field of Mental Health. To expand my knowledge in light of the previous experience to be an expert in Psychiatric Treatment & Forensic Examinations.

EDUCATION:

Medical Doctor. Graduated in 1990 from Moscow Medical School. Completed Psychiatric Residency training at UCI Medical Center & Forensic Fellowship at UCLA school of Medicine. Diplomate American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with additional certification in Forensic Psychiatry. Certificates #56597 and #1769.

PARTICULAR INTERESTS:

Child, Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry. Substance abuse, personality disorders, eating disorders, and forensic issues: testamentary capacity, probate conservatorship, geriatric competency, personal injuries, IMEs, sexual harassment, kleptomania, child custody evaluations.

PROFESSIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

May 2009: Achieved Board Certification in Forensic Psychiatry.

1997-Present: Established private practice in Orange County at 24800 Chrisanta #260 Mission Viejo, California. Worked for several months under direct supervision of Dr. Bruce Danto. Current practice is focused on clinical and forensic issues.

2007-Present: Created CME Category 1 educational materials for the American Physician Institute for advanced professional studies.

2005-2017: Authorized to treat and evaluate physicians referred by Medical Board of California in probationary status.

2006-2016: Member of the Physician Well-being Committee at the Saddleback Memorial Medical Center

2004-2006: Member, Credentialing Committee for the Health Care management Organization.

2003-2005: Principal investigator in pharmaceutical research clinical trials.

2000-2005: Attending physician at psychiatric emergency services of RCRMC.

1998-2004: Performed multiple Geriatric competency exams, State Disability and VA forensic evaluations.

2000-2001: Chief Psychiatrist at Forensic Alternative Community Treatment Program.

1999-2000: Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at UCLA School of Medicine.

1997-2000: Worked in collaboration with Registry of Physician Specialists. Evaluated and treated patients in various correctional settings.

1996-1999: Psychiatric Residency training at UC Irvine Medical Center.

1996: California Medical License issued.

1994-1995: Psychiatric Internship at UC Irvine medical Center.

1991-1994: Passed United States Medical Licensing Board Examinations.

1990-1991: Internship in Primary Care/ Ophthalmology.
