Care Philosophy

In our practice we tend to listen for the most important needs of our patients. Accordingly, necessary adjustments are made from social, psychological and pharmacological standpoints. The ultimate goal of therapy is to develop coping and social skills for optimal functioning. Supportive therapy is provided in the beginning of treatment and in all emergency situations. When patients develop a substantial strength and insight into their life situations, cognitive and psychodynamic therapies are implemented. Group therapy can be recomended after 2 or 3 visits to the office for individual or couple sessions.
